FROM OPPORTUNITY TO IMPLEMENTATION

Make your result a starting point.

For CEOs of growing companies up to 300 people, a useful AI project starts with a business bottleneck. If you are considering an implementation in the €50,000–€150,000 range, validate the process, business impact, CRM/ERP connections, security and ownership before committing.

Bring your result to an AI Opportunity Session. We will discuss one workflow and whether scoped implementation discovery, a controlled pilot or readiness work makes sense. The session is free and non-binding; the investment range is planning context, not a quote.

TRANSPARENT SCORING

What your result means

How are opportunities suggested?

The first three answers identify a bottleneck, its frequency and your desired business impact. The matching workflow is shown first. Related workflows in the same business area are ordered by how they fit the selected impact; ties use a fixed order. Daily recurrence strengthens the signal to investigate, while occasional or uncertain frequency calls for validation first. Unclear impact also calls for scoping first.

These are transparent matching rules applied to self-reported answers, not live AI analysis or measured business evidence. We do not calculate financial returns, predict savings or rank you against competitors. Each opportunity includes measures and prerequisites to validate. A process change or ordinary integration may be preferable to AI.

How is readiness calculated?

Questions 4–7 each earn 0, 1, 2 or 3 points with equal weight. The total is divided by 12, multiplied by 100 and rounded. The four areas are data and integrations, people and ownership, controls and safety, and business measurement. Each area contains one question. Scores of 0–39 indicate building foundations, 40–69 suggest a managed pilot and 70–100 suggest foundations for scaling.

Readiness is separate from opportunity priority. The three optional post-result answers on turnover, budget and timing change only the investment guidance. This short v3 methodology differs from previous versions; scores are not directly comparable. It is an indicative, unvalidated self-assessment, not an audit or assurance of safety or ROI. Control gaps still need addressing even with a high overall score.

Who does the market data cover?

The Eurostat market figure is an EU aggregate for 2025 covering enterprises with at least 10 employees or self-employed people. It covers NACE Rev. 2 sections C–J, L–N and group 95.1. It does not cover every sector; financial services, for example, are excluded. A manufacturing company's finance department is distinct from the financial services sector.

The assessment does not verify your sector and has no representative sample of your competitors. The comparison therefore provides context on AI adoption, rather than a precise benchmark for your business. Businesses with fewer than 10 people fall outside this indicator's size range.

What happens to your answers?

Your full result is available without providing turnover, budget, timeframe or email. Optional profile answers only update guidance in this browser. Nothing is sent to APM Digital or automatically added to your booking. Save or print the result and bring it to the Session if you choose.

Your results, including optional turnover, budget and timeframe answers, are calculated only in this browser. We do not send your answers to APM Digital, store them in a database or use them for marketing. They are cleared when you reload the page. The page has no analytics or advertising trackers of its own; the hosting provider may process technical data needed to operate it.

Booking opens an external Microsoft Bookings page via rebrand.ly, subject to that service's own policies. Your assessment result is not automatically transferred to the booking.

Source of general market context

Eurostat reports that 20% of EU enterprises with at least 10 workers in the surveyed sectors used AI in 2025. This measures AI adoption, not readiness in your market segment. It does not contribute to your test result or opportunity ranking.
